Visiting for the first time?

Peninsula Bible Fellowship is located right between Bremerton and Silverdale, an area filled with military families. We are accustomed to new faces, and to helping new attenders find their place in our church family, and settle into our community.  Here are a few things that might help you before attending your first service:

Worship includes a sermon, scripture, and our musical response to God’s Word. Communion is offered the first Sunday of the month, and all those who believe in Christ are welcome to partake. The people of Peninsula Bible Fellowship love to sing, and you are welcome to join us, even if you would never be chosen on one of those TV competitions. (The Psalms repeatedly tell us to "Make a joyful noise to God," right?) You may find people raising their hands, clapping to the music, or affirming the spoken word with an "Amen!" And you may also experience times of peaceful prayer, and contemplation. After services, please stay to chat and sample some doughnuts and coffee.

Preschool through fifth graders have classes offered at 9:15 and 10:40 AM. Parents may sign their children in at the Child Check-in stations prior to service and then children will be dismissed to class after the Blue Box children's message. To find the right room, check at the welcome desk, or look for the PBF Kids signs located throughout the facility. Learn more about Children's Ministry.

If your child has special needs or you have a specific concern, we welcome you to contact our Associate Pastor of Children and Families before attending, to ensure we can best accommodate your needs. Email Steve Mercer at steve.mercer@peninsulabible.org.

Youth sixth grade and older are welcome to participate in our youth program, at 10:40 AM which includes an extended teaching time and sharing. Go to the Welcome Desk for information on where to meet. High School begin their teaching time in the Log Cabin, a separate building located on the east end of the property and Middle School being in the Sanctuary until after the Blue Box children's message, and then dismiss to the Fireside Room which is in the main facility. To learn more about the youth program read our Youth Ministry page.

Our building is handicapped accessible through the western doors closest to the parking lot entrance and handicapped-accessible restroom facilities are located on the main floor. Service dogs are permitted inside our building. Smoking is not permitted. For teens, the Log Cabin is also handicapped accessible.

Visitors are encouraged to park on the east side of the building near our main entrance. Follow the signs to "visitor parking." That entrance allows easiest access to our welcome desk filled with information to get you familiar and connected to others at Peninsula Bible Fellowship.
